Performance
The Wrangler 4XE 2021 Turbocharged Plug-in Hybrid will be the most economical and powerful Wrangler ever built. Its three engines, one 2.0 L turbocharged gasoline engine and two electric engines will allow it to travel up to 40 kilometres in electric mode and 640 kilometres in hybrid mode.
Also, the E-Selec mode allows you to optimize the performance of your trips. The hybrid mode gives you the best of both worlds, since the 2 L motor powers the Wrangler 4XE to conserve battery power for use whenever you want. Note that electric mode only uses battery power for low-emission areas in the city, or when you want the vehicle to be quieter.
Never before seen for this model! Wrangler 4XE produces 375 horsepower and 470 lb. ft. of torque. Jeep promises the same off-road performance as a gas-powered Wrangler, but quieter. Like all other Wrangler models, the 4XE will be Trail Rated, and will include a package of accessories that will allow you to face the toughest trails. You'll find a four-wheel-drive, two-speed, constant-gear transfer case, rigid front and rear axles, fully articulated suspension, and a 30-inch ford. These features will help you handle any obstacle on or off the road! The Selec-Trac constant grip 4x4 system, or the Rock-Trac constant grip 4x4 system on Rubicon models, will provide you with an optimal grip on all types of terrain, in addition to offering you effortless driving!
Price
The Wrangler 4XE 2021 will retail from $54,995 for the Sahara model, and $59,400 for the Rubicon. It is therefore possible to purchase a Wrangler hybrid at a very affordable price compared to the gas model.
